I'm
always curious about the new sketch for the ScrapPlezier DT.
When I received the sketch, I’m preoccupied in my mind with
the design for a while.
And when
I'm going to make the card, It’s usually turnes out to be a totally different card then the the one I had in mind.
Sometimes
I see a card that I like so much that I try to copy it.
But once
I am started, it becomes a totally different card then the one I've tried to copy!
The work
of others can be so inspiring, even if it's not your style or taste.
Maybe
it's just the way the material is used, or the colors.
So if
you have no inspiration, take a look at
the work of others, and I'm sure you can’t wait to get started.
Ik ben altijd benieuwd naar de nieuwe sketch voor het
ScrapPlezier DT.
Als ik de sketch ontvangen heb, ben ik in gedachten een
tijdje bezig met het ontwerp.
Meestal als ik de kaart ga maken, wordt het een totaal
andere kaart dan die ik in gedachten had.
Soms zie ik een kaart die ik zo mooi vind, dat ik hem
probeer na te maken.
Maar als ik eenmaal bezig ben, lijkt hij al snel helemaal niet meer op de kaart die ik wilde namaken!
Het werk van anderen kan zo inspireren, ook al is het niet jou stijl of smaak.
Misschien is het de manier waarop het materiaal wordt
gebruikt, of de kleuren.
Dus als je even geen inspiratie hebt, kijk dan eens naar
het werk van anderen en ik weet zeker dat je niet kunt wachten om aan de slag te gaan.
