Elegant Iris card / kaart

Ik wil graag een kaart met jullie delen die ik gemaakt heb met de prachtige 'Elegant Iris' stempel van Chocolate Baroque. Ik heb de achtergrond gestempeld met Versamark op wit papier en de 'Woodgrain' stempel van Impression Obsession. Daarna het ik het geëmbosed met wit embossing poeder.

Daarna de achtergrond ingekleurd met Distress inkt. De afbeelding heb ik 'op de kop' op een stapeltje keukenrol velletjes gelegd en de achterkant met een strijkijzer gestreken, totdat de embossingpoeder opgelost was en geabsorbeerd door de keukenrol. De achtergrond nog een beetje bijgekleurd met Distress inkt en met de  'French Script' stempel van Darkroom Door and Archival Inkt Coffee de tekst gestempeld. Ook de Iris is gestempeld met Archival Inkt Coffee op Canson illustration paper 250g/m2. Als laatste de iris ingekleurd met mijn Distress Markers.

I want to share a card with you made with the beautiful 'Elegant Iris' stamp from Chocolate Baroque.
First I've stamped the background on white paper with Versamark and the 'Woodgrain' stamp from Impression Obsession. Than I've embossed it with white embossing powder. Then I have colored some of the background with Distress Ink. After that I have placed the image opsite down on paper towels and ironed the back. By ironing the back, you remove the embossing layer. Then I've added a bit Distress ink and stamped with the 'French Script' from Darkroom Door and Archival Ink Coffee the Background.
The Iris is also stamped with Archival Ink Coffee on Canson illustration paper 250g/m2.
I've used my Distress Markers for coloring the Iris.

Cute 'hang in there' kaart - card

Ik heb vandaag een leuke kaart gemaakt voor mijn 'collega' Marieke.

We geven samen workshops en maken de voorbeelden voor een winkel.

Marieke heeft een zwaar jaar achter de rug en heeft nog steeds problemen met haar gezondheid.

Ik hoop dat dit het laatste gezondheids probleem is en dat het vanaf hier 'bergopwaarts' gaat.

I have made a cute card for my 'colleague' Marieke.

Together we are hosting workshops and design for a store.

Marieke had a tough year and she still has health issues.

I hope that this is the last health problem, and it goes 'uphill' from now on.
