Best Wishes card ~ the Friday Mashup #237 challenge.

Breelin is hosting the Friday Mashup! challenge #237. She has chosen the colors black, silver and gold. I love this color combination! I've die cut the flowers and embossed them with gold and silver embossing powder and also gold embossed the panel behind the background. Then placed a piece of vellum behind the flowers and finished the card with silver and gold confetti and the sentiment. Thanks for visiting. Hugs Antonia

Ik heb de bloemen uit gestanst en ge-embossed met zilver en goud embossingpoeder. Ook het panel achter de achtergrond is ge-embossed met goud embossing poeder. Cards and Scrap 23 ~ Inlay Die Cutting technique.

   

Some cards of the new Cards and Scrap number 23, are from my hands. One of them (page 21), is made with the ‘Inlay Die Cutting’ technique. A fun technique with endless possibilities. And the card has a step-by-step description. I hope that you can find some time just for you this holiday, to try this fun technique. Hugs, Antonia 

Enkele kaarten uit de nieuwe Cards and Scrap nummer 23, zijn van mijn hand. Een van de kaarten (blz. 21), is gemaakt met de ‘Inlay Die’ techniek. Een leuke techniek met eindeloos veel mogelijkheden en de kaart is voorzien van een stap-voor-stap beschrijving. Cards and Scrap 23 ~ Baby Shaker cards.

The new Cards and Scrap number 23 came out this week. With plenty of ideas to inspire you. I am proud that a number of cards in this edition are from my hands. Among other things the baby shaker cards (page 6 and 7). Cute shaker cards, with fun backgrounds and with step by step instructions.

Deze week is de nieuwe Cards and Scrap nummer 23 uitgekomen. Met volop ideeën om je lekker door te laten inspireren. Ik ben best wel een beetje trots dat er dit keer een aantal voorbeeldkaarten van mijn hand tussen zitten! O.a. de babyshaker kaarten (blz. 6 en 7). Schattige shaker kaarten,  waarvan de achtergrond gemaakt is met een leuke techniek en voorzien van stap-voor-stap uitleg.

Thanks!...and Goodbye Colour Me...!

Today I'm happy and a little bit sad! I'm happy because this is the 100th Colour Me...challenge! I'm sad, because this is the last!!! challenge! Colour Me...! is closing down. Tara and Hayley have other commitments and can't combine these commitments with the Colour Me...! challenge blog. I'm so grateful for the chance to be a part of the design team for the last six months! And had the privilege to work with such a talented group of designers! I wish Hayley, Tara, Brenda, Julia, Bhavana, Jinny, Kim, Ren, and Flourishtina all the best!

Ik ben vandaag blij, maar ook een beetje verdrietig! Ik ben blij omdat het de 100ste Colour Me...challenge! is. Maar ook verdrietig omdat het de laatste Colour Me..! challenge is, ze gaan stoppen! Tara en Hayley hebben nog andere verplichtingen die moeilijk te combineren zijn met het Colour Me...! challenge blog. Ik ben dankbaar dat het afgelopen half jaar deel heb mogen zijn van het design team en heb kunnen samenwerken met zulke getalenteerde designers. Ik wens Hayley, Tara, Brenda, Julia, Bhavana, Jinny, Kim, Ren, and Flourishtina alle goeds!

Warmest Wishes...CMCC#99 colour Me...Playful!

 

This week we are using Rich Razzleberry, Perfect Plum, Rose Red & Melon Mambo. The evening sky can sometimes be so beautiful in the winter. I've tried to catch that feeling in my card. Supplies: Faviana paper; A4 Liscio 220, Gold cardstock, S.E.I.; Wintersong stamp, Inkadinkado; fine gold embossing powder, Distress Ink; Seedless Preserves, Picked Raspberry, Barn Door, Hickory smoke and Black Soot. Sequins from my stash.

Deze week gebruiken we Rich Razzleberry, Perfect Plum, Rose Red & Melon Mambo. De avonden kunnen in de winter zo mooi zijn! Ik heb dat gevoel proberen te vangen in mijn kaart.

Just for You...Thankful theme ~ The Friday Mashup #235 challenge.

Hi Everyone!  It's Heidi's turn to host The Friday Mashup. Heidi has chosen the theme "thankful". I've "stretched" the theme a little bit and made this "Just for You" card. I've used Neocolor, because I love the brightness of the pastels. By the way, the black strip appears in the picture a little crooked, but it is quite straight. I love the soft watercolor look, and I'm happy how the card turned out! Can't wait to see what you create!
Hallo allemaal! Heidi is deze week gastvrouw voor The Friday Mashup. Heidi heeft gekozen voor het thema "dankbaar". Ik heb het thema een beetje opgerekt en deze "Just for You" kaart gemaakt. Ik heb Neocolor gebruikt, omdat ik de heldere kleuren van de pastels mooi vind. Nog even wat, de zwarte strip lijkt op de foto een beetje scheef, maar is op de kaart wel recht! Ik houd van de aquarel look en ben blij met het resultaat!  Ik ben benieuwd wat jij maakt.

Let it Snow...Winter colors Friday Mashup #234 challenge.

Lisa Johansen is our hostess this week at The Friday Mashup! She loves the soft colors of a snow covered landscape. I started my card by coloring the front with ink. Then I applied a layer of Versamark and brushed some Perfect Pearl over it. Then fixated the Perfect Pearls by rubbing it in with a dry baby wipe. I die cut the snowflake and colored it lightly with Pool ink and some Perfect Pearl. I used dimensionals and offset the snowflake for a little bit interest. I finished the card with a little bling. ~Lisa Johansen is onze gastvrouw voor de The Friday Mashup! uitdaging van deze week. Lisa houd van de zachte kleuren van een met sneeuw bedekt landschap. Ik ben begonnen met het inkleuren van de voorkant. Daarna heb ik er een laagje Versamark op aangebracht en daarover Perfect Pearls. De Perfect Pearls heb ik gefixeerd door er met een droge baby wipe overheen te wrijven. De sneeuwster uit gestanst en licht ingekleurd in de kleur Pool en wat Perfect Pearls. Om de kaart iets interessanter te maken heb ik dimensionals gebruikt en de sneeuwster er ets verschoven op geplakt. Om de kaart helemaal af te maken heb ik een beetje bling gebruikt. Ik hoop dat je mijn ...Let it Snow... kaart leuk vind en ben benieuwd wat jij crëerd met deze leuke Mash'Up! Warmest Wishes...CMCC#97 Real Red and Old Olive.

This week we have as the Colour Me...! design team the privilege to work with a new challenge, CMCC#97 ; Real Red and Old Olive, beautiful colors! Because I like so many styles, from Clean and Simple to Shabby Chic, I had trouble to choose one style! But nevertheless I succeeded in finding a style that fits the challenge. I have made a card that I can send throughout the whole winter period. I’ve kept the sentiment neutral, so I can use it for many occasions. Deze week hadden we als het Colour Me…! design team het voorrecht aan het werk te mogen met een nieuwe uitdaging, CMCC#97 ; Real Red and Old Olive, prachtige kleuren! Omdat ik zoveel stijlen leuk vind, van Clean and Simple tot Shabby Chic, had ik moeite om een stijl te kiezen! Maar het is toch gelukt om een stijl te vinden die bij deze uitdaging past. Ik heb een kaart gemaakt die je gedurende de hele winter kunt versturen. De tekst heb ik neutraal gehouden, zodat ik hem voor veel gelegenheden kan gebruiken. Basically You Rock...Feeling Groovy Friday Mashup #223.

My Favorite Things Birds of Paradise card.

It's already wednesday and the Colour Me…! design team has a brand new challenge for you! Sketch #95 is a bright and colorful one. This week we are using Real Red, Tangelo Twist, Cucumber Crush & So Saffron... Although the trees are having autumn colors, these weeks weather is lovely. So I didn't feel like making a fall card, but a card that reminds me at the summer. I started the card by coloring the bg with yellow, orange and green ink. Then die cutted the paradise birds, flowers and leaves. Then stamped the image on it and colored it with my Copic markers. Then stamped the sentiment and placed the birds and branches on the card with dimensionals and glued the buttons on the card. Visit Colour Me…! to see how my teammates interpreted the sketch and join us if

Het is alweer woensdag en het Colour Me…!  design team heeft weer een nieuwe sketch voor je! Sketch#95 is er een met heldere kleuren. Deze week gebruiken we Real Red, Tangelo Twist, Cucumber Crush & So Saffron... Deze kleuren zijn ideaal om een herfst kaart mee te maken. Hoewel de bomen al hun herfstkleuren hebben is het weer deze week heerlijk. Ik had daarom zin om een kaart te maken die nog aan de zomer doet denken. Ik ben begonnen met het kleuren van de achtergrond met geel, oranje en groen. Daarna heb ik de vogels en takjes uit gestanst, gestempeld en ingekleurd met mijn Copic markers. Vervolgens heb ik de wens gestempeld en de vogels en takjes bevestigd met 3d plakkertjes. Als laatste de knoopjes op de kaart gelijmd. Breng ook ens een bezoekje aan Colour Me…!? om te zien wat mijn teammates hebben gemaakt en doe ook met ons mee. Dank je wel dat je de tijd hebt genomen om mijn blog berichtje hebt gelezen! 'Hello, how are you?' card.

Exciting news....

I am super excited to be designing for The Friday Mashup! and am truly thankful for the opportunity to be a part of such a talented team!

The first challenge as a The Friday Mashup! design team member is a fun, colorful one!

• Create a project for Halloween.
• Create a project featuring some Ribbon.
• or Mash it Up! and create a project for Halloween with some Ribbon.

I decided to mash up the colors and ribbon. It's hard to see but I didn't use real ribbon but a ribbon stamp; the Stampendous 'Ribbon Bow' Border Stamp. My fellow Design Team members have also created some fabulous samples, so be sure to stop by The Friday Mashup! blog and check them out. We can’t wait to see what you create!!!

Vandaag mag ik jullie laten weten dat ik lid ben van het The Friday Mashup! Design Team. En ben heel dankbaar dat ik mag samenwerken met zo'n getalenteerd team!

Ik heb de kleuren en lint gemixt. Het is moeilijk te zien, ik heb geen echt lint gebruikt maar een lint stempel; de Stampendous 'Ribbon Bow' Border stempel. Mijn Design Team leden hebben een paar prachtige voorbeelden gecreëerd, ga ook even naar The Friday Mashup! blog om hun voorbeelden te zien. We kunnen niet wachten om te zien wat jij maakt!!!

"Hello" Altenew Painted Flowers card.

  

It's already wednesday, this week went by so fast... 

The colours of this week Colour Me…! challenge # 94 are so gorgeous, you will love them!

I did anyway! It's Pumpkin Pie, Watermelon Wonder, Elegant Eggplant and neutral. Working with this colours made me happy and helped me to forget the images in my head of all the tired, cold, hungry and desperate refugees. At least for a little while... 

Unfortunately I don't have all the Stampin'Up! ink colours, so I had to use some colours similar to them. I have made a colour chart with all the colours I have and that became very handy. I hope you'll have fun with this week challenge.

Het is al weer woensdag, deze week is zo snel voorbij gegaan...

De kleuren voor de Colour Me…! challenge # 94 voor deze week zijn zo mooi, je zal er van houden! Ik in ieder geval wel. Het is Pumpkin Pie, Watermelon Wonder, Elegant Eggplant and neutraal. Ik werd helemaal blij van het werken met deze mooie kleuren en daardoor kon ik de beelden in mijn hoofd van al die vermoeide, koude, hongerige en wanhopige vluchtelingen even vergeten. Voor even maar... 

Helaas heb ik niet alle kleuren Stampin'Up! inkt en heb ik kleuren gebruikt die er op lijken. Ik heb een kleurenkaart gemaakt van alle kleuren die ik heb en deze kwam goed van pas. Ik hoop dat je veel plezier hebt met de challenge voor deze week.
